Been in the property 3 months. JC has been professional and helpful. Have had zero problems with the house. Yard is taken care of and everything is working properly. The office lady is consistently dismissive and unfailingly rude. Must be a relative.

I’ve been renting from Wilkerson for 2 years and I’ve had total peace of mind the entire time I’ve lived here. They take care of the building, yard, and are convenient with the cheap rates. It’s easy to save money here. Also, with their check ups, they give a 3 day notice. And I’ve had a total of 3 in the past 2 years.

Great place to rent and do service with. Friendly people at Wilkerson. We rented with Wilkerson Real Estate for 3 years and never had a problem with the service. Every time something wasn't working or broke, they were quick to have it repair. I really enjoyed how they took care of the rentals & yard.
